Legacy Tools for Safely Managing Prescription Drugs and Opioid Addiction

In the late 2010s, CSIP and the Partnership for Drug Free Kids worked with partners and stakeholders to raise awareness about the dangers of misuse of opioids and provide additional resources that respond to the ongoing crisis of opioid addiction in the U.S. This was a nationwide problem that requires a nationwide effort. We worked worked closely with state governments in North Carolina, Connecticut and others states promoting local responses. These efforts for resourcing families and consumers in the fight against opioid and other prescription drug abuse were share via a timely resource website.
