Marcia Lee Taylor is the Chief Policy Officer at the Partnership for Drug-Free Kids and leads the Partnership’s Medicine Abuse Project. Previously, she served as the Senior Advisor for Drug Policy and Research for the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime and Drugs.
