Among the various examples of ways in which consumers can be fooled into providing personal information online to nefarious entities, the article recognizes CSIP’s June Public Service Announcement which notes the ways in which illicit online pharmacies often fool otherwise wary consumers into thinking that they medicine products they are selling are legitimate, when in fact they are not.
